Anime, daily life and randomness

HorribleSubs aren’t that horrible

They’re actually just rippers that rip from Crunchyroll, but watching it at Crunchyroll requires you to have an account. If you want to watch episodes immediately after they air, I think you might have to pay for the account as well. They do have the license to air the anime though, so it’s technically a legit way to watch anime, but the subs used to be pretty bad. Now it’s actually decent, even though it’s pretty average. Of course, due to the ripping, many subbers won’t sub shows that clash with Crunchyroll’s subbing because Crunchyroll is mediocre as well as fast. And speed is a key factor.

Section 1: Episodes watched today

  • Polar Bear Cafe 28
  • Hidamari Sketch x Honeycomb 2
  • Hayate no Gotoku (2012) 2
  • Chuu2Koi Lite 3

Starting with Polar Bear Cafe.
I always wonder how Penguin actually gets up on the chair. He has no arms strong enough to push himself on, he can’t fly. HOW DOES HE GET ON? Also, the first part of this episode was really heartwarming, Panda can be good sometimes!

Next: Hidamari Sketch!
Yay Hidamari Sketch! I love this show. It literally takes my mind off everything.
Miyako <3!

Next: Hayate no Gotoku!
OP is here! I love the song, sung by eyelis. First time I’m seeing this name, but I love her voice! Seems like this Hayate is going back to the comedy slice-of-life route like the previous one. No complains yet from me, but if they make it short 1-season anime, they better get some plot going or it’s gonna feel really rushed towards the end.
We are finally shown the tenants from Nagi’s house today, BUT WHERE IS MY HINAGIKU?! Only Ayumu, Kayuri and Chiharu appeared. Ruka hasn’t been shown living in the house yet, BUT WHERE ARE THEY?!

Lastly: 5 minutes of cute fun and laughter.
I must say, Yuuta looks pretty damn cool. It’d be pretty awesome goth-cosplay if he wore that to an anime convention.

The air clings to my skin.
