Anime, daily life and randomness

New addiction

There’s this D&D based MMORPG called Neverwinter. I’m currently playing it and lovin’ it. It’s like a poor man’s WoW, with the crafting system being like Farmville, where you sent this guy off for a mission and you just wait until he completes it. During the waiting, you’ll be playing your main character, going around killing everything. There’s also these…. ‘side quests’ that are designed by other players. Yes. DESIGNED by players. It makes for a lot more variety and challenges, but it all mostly comes down to raiding dungeons and completing quests. I’m still not that familiar with the drop system, but I’m only level 17 now, so.. still 43 more levels to go. Yes. 43 more. Max level of that game is only 60, but the end game looks promising as of now.

Section 1: Episodes watched today

  • Log Horizon 16
  • D-Frag 2
  • Tonari no Seki-kun 2 + OVA
  • Chuu2Koi Ren Lite 2

Starting off with Log Horizon
Looks like somebody forgot to go get some rare items. Time for event to happen!
I know goblins are low-leveled monsters, but you can’t have 5 level 20+s against like.. 10000? It just doesn’t work that way man. The heal won’t even be enough to cover the dps of all the goblin’s you’re killing. Your only hope to withstand such a great siege is cleave. PASSIVE cleave. Unfortunately for them, I don’t think there’s an ability as OP as that. Collision size is probably the only thing that they can hope for. Only so many of them can attack you before they’ve surrounded you.

Next: D-Frag!
I don’t know what to say about this anime.
There’s a pretty big fanbase for Takao, and I can see why. She plays the tsundere rival (think Charlotte of IS and Charlotte of Unbreakable Machine-Doll), but instead of aiming for the MC, she’s aiming for KanaHana. Wait. I mean she’s aiming for Roka.
If they ever make plushies out of D-Frag characters, 100/10 I would buy Roka.

Next: Seki-kun
Needs the voice.

Lastly: Chuu2Koi Ren!

  1. There are so many adorable girls this season. Too much for the heart to handle. You need to check out Mikakunin de Shinkoukei!
